Winding River • Bolivia, NC

Winding River is a beautiful, gated community in Bolivia, North Carolina. This community offers single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and homes at Winding River Seaside community on Holden Beach. It is also conveniently located for shopping, entertainment, restaurants, golf and the airport.

Visit the fishing village of Southport, and enjoy the local restaurants along the boat basin. Don't forget to pick-up fresh fish from Potter's. Take the ferry from Southport and spend the day exploring beautiful Bald Head Island or take the ferry to Fort Fisher and enjoy the local town, beaches and restaurants. There are gated access points to individual communities within Winding River. A gate code or fob can be used for resident entry or for guest arrivals. The gates are primarily open during the daylight hours on weekdays and close as the night grows near. The gates are closed all day during the weekends for added security. The ease of access for family and friends is a convenience of this type of gated community.
